Booking Conditions
We respectfully remind our customers that a booking constitutes a contract between themselves and Suma’s Ltd.
Cancellation Policy & Deposits
Suma’s Ltd reserves the right to request a deposit equivalent to the total value of any booking. In most cases, a deposit of £10.00 per person will be requested upon written confirmation of the event.
Any booking cancelled within 8 weeks of the event date will be charged at 25% of the booking value.
Any booking cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date will be charged at 50% of the booking value.
Any booking cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date will be charged at 75% of the booking value.
Any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the event date will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
Payment & Prices
All major credit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are accepted subject to approval with a cheque guarantee card. Please note Suma’s does not offer any credit facilities & all accounts must be settled upon departure.
Suma’s reserves the right to alter any published prices, if necessary, without notice.
All prices quoted are inclusive of service charge.
Any variation to the above cancellation policy will be at the discretion of the management. |
